Struggling with your eating or having an eating disorder can feel very frightening and very isolating. It can sometimes feel difficult, if not almost impossible to ask for help. However, taking the step to getting help and support can be key in helping you to move forward.
Counselling can help you to begin to take back control of your life. It can also help you to understand your relationship with food and eating and to also understand and work through the issues relating to your eating difficulties.
