8 Week Mindful Eating Course

This 8 week Mindful Eating Course will enable you to experience and integrate a mindful eating practice into your everyday life in a relaxed and supportive environment. We will draw on mindfulness techniques and mindful eating practices to help you re-engage with your innate wisdom that your body holds to develop a healthy relationship with food.
We live in a culture that is both diet and weight obsessed and it can become confusing to know which way to turn and which advice to take. This course will give you the confidence to respond to your body's natural cues, enabling a more sustainable and (more importantly) more enjoyable way of managing your weight and lifestyle.
