What can you expect?
An initial session is an opportunity for us to meet and for us to discuss what has brought you for therapy. Choosing a therapist can be a big step and it is important that you feel comfortable. We would therefore mutually agree if it would be beneficial to work together in helping you towards your goals in therapy.
Sometimes, another approach or therapy can be more appropriate, and I would indicate this if I felt this is the case.
